This hotel has a prime location, close to everything in Paris. It's just a short walk from the Tullieries train station and is surrounded by all the major attractions. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a touch of old world glamour. The staff is friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with treats like wine and chocolates. The spa and pool facilities are also a plus, offering a relaxing escape from the city.

The hotel does attract a lively crowd to its restaurant bar in the evenings.

During my recent stay at the Renaissance, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I had a last-minute change to my train booking and they were able to assist me in changing it on my mobile phone, saving me from any stress or inconvenience. Additionally, they were kind enough to offer me a late checkout, allowing me to make the most of my time in Paris. Their exceptional service truly made a difference in my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their helpful and accommodating front desk staff.

This hotel surpassed my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and they went above and beyond to ensure all my luxurious needs were fulfilled. the Spa & wellness center was amazing, with a fantastic heated swimming pool and a variety of spa services such as body wraps and massage. the facial I received was one of the best I've ever had, and the treatment room was truly luxurious.

The only minor issue I had was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the service was a bit slow and it was sometimes difficult to get the attention of the servers.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the doorman who provided useful information about nearby attractions. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to key tourist spots and the metro. Plus, we received a complimentary bottle of wine, which added a nice touch to our romantic escape.

We encountered some issues. The housekeeping service was subpar, as they occasionally skipped cleaning our room and failed to refill our toiletries.
